What happens in the room
Ninety minutes, structured.
You state the problem the way you already see it. Then we turn it, on purpose, in three directions.
Which industry already solved this under a different name. Which constraint everyone treats as fixed but is actually a knob. Which part of the problem would disappear if you stopped defending an old decision.
We do not present slides. We work the problem live, with you in the room, and write down every angle that survives contact with your facts.
