These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thedreamerai.com, the DreamerOS GPT, and any consulting services provided by DreamerAI ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

DreamerAI provides AI-augmented consulting services including strategy sessions, website optimization, workflow systemization, and related offerings. We also operate DreamerOS, a governed execution engine available as a GPT in the ChatGPT Store and through direct consulting engagements.

How We Work

DreamerAI uses AI tools as part of our consulting process. AI generates structure, options, and analysis. Humans retain final authority over all decisions, recommendations, and deliverables. Our governance system (DreamerOS) enforces this boundary: AI validates structure, humans validate meaning.

What We Do Not Do

DreamerAI does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Our consulting outputs are decision support tools, not professional opinions in regulated fields. If your situation requires licensed professional judgment, we will tell you so and recommend you seek appropriate counsel.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us, for decisions you make based on our deliverables, and for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misrepresent DreamerAI outputs as your own professional advice in regulated fields.

Intellectual Property

Work product created specifically for you during paid consulting engagements belongs to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. DreamerAI retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, governance systems, and the DreamerOS platform. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell DreamerOS or its components.

DreamerOS GPT (Free Tier)

DreamerOS Light is provided free of charge through the ChatGPT Store. It is offered "as is" without warranty. We may update, modify, or discontinue the GPT at any time. Your use of the GPT is also subject to OpenAI's terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

DreamerAI provides consulting and decision support services. We are not liable for business outcomes, financial losses, or other damages resulting from actions taken based on our deliverables. Our maximum liability for any paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that specific engagement.

Payment and Refunds

Consulting fees, payment schedules, and scope are agreed upon before work begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will work with you to adjust or provide a partial refund. We do not offer refunds for completed work that was delivered as specified.

Termination

Either party may end a consulting engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work product for which payment has been made.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
