Half a day, onsite or remote
Your doctrine should survive your vendor.
When you change AI vendors next year, the structure you paid to build should move with you. This workshop puts it in a form you own and proves it moves.
What it is
Half a day that ends in an artifact.
We capture how your team wants AI to work. The prompts that matter, the rubrics you judge answers by, the guardrails, and the rules for when a human takes over.
Then we test the artifact against at least three model families, in the workshop, while you watch. If a rule only works on one vendor's model, you find out in the room, not next year.
The artifact is yours. Plain files, no product required, no credentials of ours anywhere in it.
What you leave with
A doctrine you can carry out the door.
Honesty about limits
Four checks travel. One stays home.
When you paste your doctrine into another AI tool, four of the five checks travel with it: your goals, your style, your rules, and your rubrics all keep working.
The fifth check - the one that catches silent drift, where a system quietly stops honoring an instruction without telling you - runs only inside DreamerOS. Paste cannot carry it, on any vendor.
We say this up front so you are not sold a full moving truck when one box stays behind. The workshop plans around that limit instead of hiding it.
Fit and limits
What it is, and is not.
For you if: your AI setup is tuned to one vendor and that now worries you. Common callers: teams after a price change, and legal or procurement running a lock-in review.
Not: a migration project, a product purchase, or a reason to buy DreamerOS. You can run the artifact anywhere.
Format: half a day, onsite or remote. Project rate, quoted flat before booking.
