A person looks before it goes out. That is the rule we build into every setup, and the review gate is where wrong answers stop. If a vendor cannot show you that gate, do not hire them. Do not hire us either, until we show it.

What we will not do
If the honest answer is "do not automate this," you hear it in the first conversation. You do not pay extra to hear it. A tool that needs you to babysit it all night is not help. It is a new employee you cannot fire.
We pick tools we do not sell. That is on purpose. Commission makes people recommend the thing that pays them. You already have enough of those emails.
The matched offer
The right first engagement at this size is a focused session: one problem, one decision, one next action. If AI does not belong in the answer, we say that.
How we count whether it worked is decided with you first: hours back, faster replies, subscriptions retired, errors caught. The yardsticks are published on what you get.
