The principles every engine reads first.
Thirty plus core documents that define how the constellation thinks. Anti-Slop bans the AI tells. BRAID is the multi-engine handoff protocol. Citation Rule says nothing ships without a source. P37 says done means a paying customer can use it end to end. Reverse Math and Sideways Thinking are the lenses we use on every engagement. These are the non-negotiable substrate.
Five engine contracts. One version. v9.0.0.
Same 30-principle contract delivered in each engine's native idiom. Claude gets the XML structured spec. ChatGPT gets the paste-ready markdown. Gemini gets the synthesis-and-contradiction framing. Grok gets the terse direct version. Perplexity gets the citation-grounded version. Version bumps move all five engines together. No engine drifts ahead of the others.
Five auto-audit skills that run before every send.
DAIM strips slop and prompt injection. EDE excavates the real intent behind the literal request. IFP-Verify runs the Triple-I gate on the draft. Mind-Eye calibrates depth to the question asked. Engine-Pick picks which engine handles the turn. None of these are optional. All five are loaded by default.

The MODEL_ROUTING_REGISTRY.yaml is the source of truth for which engine, which version, and which tier handles which kind of turn. Constellation-route.md is the human-readable explainer. Together they keep Light, Pro, and Elite tiers honest about which engines they actually get.
The style guard. Mechanical, not aesthetic.
One hundred plus banned words and phrases (delve, unlock, leverage, tapestry, the list goes on). No em-dashes. No en-dashes. No negative parallelism (the it's-not-X-it's-Y construction). Three-sentence paragraph cap. Every draft is audited by DAIM before it leaves the building.
Intent-fidelity verification templates.
IFP runs three axes on every draft: Fidelity (did we honor what the user actually asked), Consequence (what happens if this is wrong), Endgame (does it move the long-term goal). The templates here are the rubric, not the marketing. Every receipt is auditable.
The first-read pack for a new session.
CC_SESSION_PREAMBLE.md is what any new constellation session loads before anything else. The tier-ladder explains Light (free), Pro, and Elite plainly: which engines, how many turns, which skills, which guardrails. New operators read these two files first.
