The Trust Audit - Where do prospects hesitate? Map every friction point where uncertainty kills the deal.
Week 2
Credentials Before Contact - The locksmith principle. How to lead with proof of legitimacy before asking for anything.
Week 3
Informed Consent as Sales Tool - Why surgeons who explain risks close more than salespeople who only promise outcomes.
Week 4
First 90 Seconds - The vet who gets on the floor. The dentist who asks about your kid. Micro-signals that create trust instantly.
Week 5
Selling the Feeling - Cybersecurity sells sleep. Insurance sells peace. Therapy sells clarity. Reframe your value around emotional outcomes.
Week 6
Your Trust Blueprint - Each member presents a redesigned trust architecture for their business. Group stress-tests it.
• What's expected of you
- Attend all 6 sessions (Mondays, 7pm ET). One miss maximum.
- Complete weekly pre-work: audit a trust signal in your business and prepare a 2-minute share.
- Be willing to share where prospects say no and why. Vulnerability in the group builds the best outcomes.
- Implement one trust signal per week and measure the result.
- Full confidentiality on business details shared.
